Alonso Family Session - August 1st
Three options for the family & birthday photos
Option 1 - 1 hour photo session where 45 minutes are family photos and 15 are a few quick birthday photos for $325 (Approximately 40 final photos)
Option 2 - 90 minute photo session where 60 minutes are family and 30 minutes are dedicated birthday photos for $425 (Approximately 60 final photos)
Option 3 - 60 minute family session as well as separate location and timing 60 minute birthday photos $545 (Approximately 100 final photos)
To reserve the session an initial payment of $325 will be processed. Remaining balance for option 2 or 3 are due day of session.

Agreement:
The photographer grants the licensee the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- assignable use of family and birthday photography (as described above) for the purpose of social media, print, and personal use.
Session to be scheduled for August 1st; location and timing based on client preferences.
Payment:
The amount of $325, 425, or 545 USD is to be paid in full. Final gallery photos to be sent following session via either Dropbox, or WeTransfer within 7 days of the session. A preview of 2-3 photos will be provided within two days of the session.
Licensing
Provisions:
The photographer retains all copyrights attached to this imagery as well as any that may not be detailed in this agreement.
Selling and/or redistribution of this imagery is forbidden.
Licensee is allowed to crop images as needed to suit their purposes.
Indemnity:
The Licensee indemnifies and holds harmless Nicole Nason against all claims, liability damages, costs, and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the image.
Warranty and Liability:
This image is provided “as is” with no warranty regarding the suitability of the image for any purpose. The artist is not liable to the client or any person or entity for damages, costs or losses stemming from any usage of this imagery and video.
