June 27th Matchmaking Photo Session on Oahu
Session time to be confirmed based on client preference. Suggested time of 4pm, 5pm, or 6pm.

Agreement:
The photographer grants the licensee the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- assignable use of matchmaking photography (as described above) for the purpose of matchmaking profile, social media, print, and personal use.
Photos to be sent in a proofs gallery for final selection within 48 hours of the session. Final prepared images will be provided within 5 days of selection. Clients may select up to 12 final images.
Payment:
The amount of $500 USD is to be paid in full to confirm the session.
Licensing
Provisions:
The photographer retains all copyrights attached to this imagery as well as any that may not be detailed in this agreement.
Selling and/or redistribution of this imagery is forbidden.
Licensee is allowed to crop images as needed to suit their purposes.
Indemnity:
The Licensee indemnifies and holds harmless Nicole Nason against all claims, liability damages, costs, and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the image.
Warranty and Liability:
This image is provided “as is” with no warranty regarding the suitability of the image for any purpose. The artist is not liable to the client or any person or entity for damages, costs or losses stemming from any usage of this imagery and video.
