Agreement:
The photographer grants the licensee the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- assignable use of Oahu portrait and couples photography (as described above) for the purpose of social media, print, and personal use.
Session to be scheduled for September 7-14th; location and timing based on client preferences. Recommended shoot date of September 8th at sunset for 1 hour.
Payment:
The amount of $500 USD is to be paid in two parts, initial non-refundable $250 followed by $250 day of session. Select quantity 2 to pay in full.
Final gallery photos to be sent following session via either Dropbox, or WeTransfer within 7 days of the session. A preview of 2-3 photos will be provided within two days of the session.
Licensing
Provisions:
The photographer retains all copyrights attached to this imagery as well as any that may not be detailed in this agreement.
Selling and/or redistribution of this imagery is forbidden.
Licensee is allowed to crop images as needed to suit their purposes.
Indemnity:
The Licensee indemnifies and holds harmless Nicole Nason against all claims, liability damages, costs, and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the image.
Warranty and Liability:
This image is provided “as is” with no warranty regarding the suitability of the image for any purpose. The artist is not liable to the client or any person or entity for damages, costs or losses stemming from any usage of this imagery and video.
