Agreement:
The photographer grants the licensee the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- assignable use of portrait photography (as described above) for the purpose of social media, print, and personal use.
Payment:
The amount of $600 USD is to be paid in two parts - initial payment of $300 and final payment of $300 for photography due by end of day of session.
Licensing
Provisions:
The photographer retains all copyrights attached to this imagery as well as any that may not be detailed in this agreement.
Selling and/or redistribution of this imagery is forbidden.
Licensee is allowed to crop images as needed to suit their purposes.
Photos to be sent following payment via either Dropbox or WeTransfer based on client preference.
Note that client may have parents opt for photos at the end of session. They are also welcome to book a separate session for a more dedicated session in another location.
Session date will be February 17th with an alternate of February 18th or 19th, 2025 in case of inclement weather.
Indemnity:
The Licensee indemnifies and holds harmless Nicole Nason against all claims, liability damages, costs, and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the image.
Warranty and Liability:
This image is provided “as is” with no warranty regarding the suitability of the image for any purpose. The artist is not liable to the client or any person or entity for damages, costs or losses stemming from any usage of this imagery and video.
