May 26th Couples Photography

Title of Photos: Couples Photography Morning of May 26th
Location: Lanikai Beach, Halona Beach Cove, or other location chosen by client prior to session
Timing: 30 minute session at 8 or 9 am, timing to be confirmed
Client will have date of May 26th, but can adjust if needed based on inclement weather
Final photos: client will receive a final gallery of edited images (not photoshopped) within a week of the session. Gallery will be at least 20 final photos.

Agreement:
The photographer grants the licensee the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- assignable use of engagement photography (as described above) for the purpose of social media, print, and personal use.
Payment:
The amount of $300 USD is to be paid in two parts - initial payment of $150 and final payment of $150 for photography due by end of day of session.
Photos to be sent following payment via online gallery for download via Dropbox or WeTransfer based on client preference. Final image gallery delivered within a week of the session.
The extended gallery can be purchased for a flat rate of $62 to account for extra editing time. Please indicate and this canbe added to the second invoice accordingly.
Licensing
Provisions:
The photographer retains all copyrights attached to this imagery as well as any that may not be detailed in this agreement.
Selling and/or redistribution of this imagery is forbidden.
Licensee is allowed to crop images as needed to suit their purposes.
Indemnity:
The Licensee indemnifies and holds harmless Nicole Nason against all claims, liability damages, costs, and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the image.
Warranty and Liability:
This image is provided “as is” with no warranty regarding the suitability of the image for any purpose. The artist is not liable to the client or any person or entity for damages, costs or losses stemming from any usage of this imagery and video.
