30 minute engagement mini photography session on Oahu deposit & agreement

Title of Photos: 30 minute session on Oahu
Location: Bellows Beach, East Oahu
Timing: To be confirmed by client, Tuesday 12/16 or Wednesday 12/17
Final photos: Client will receive a gallery of final photos within a week of the session for download. There will be at least 30 final images included.

Agreement:
The photographer grants the licensee the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- assignable use of this photography (as described above) for the purpose of social media, print, announcements and personal use.
Payment:
The amount of $250 USD is to be paid in two parts - initial payment of $50 and final payment of $200 for photography due by end of day of session.
Photos will be sent following payment via online gallery for download via Dropbox or WeTransfer based on client preference. Final image gallery delivered within a week of the session.
Provisions:
Thephotographer retains all copyrights attached to this imagery as well as any that may not be detailed in this agreement.
Selling and/or redistribution of this imagery is forbidden.
Licensee is allowed to crop images as needed to suit their purposes.
Indemnity:
The Licensee indemnifies and holds harmless Nicole Nason against all claims, liability damages, costs, and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the image.
Warranty and Liability:
This image is provided “as is” with no warranty regarding the suitability of the image for any purpose. The artist is not liable to the client or any person or entity for damages, costs or losses stemming from any usage of this imagery.
