Full 2 hr couples / maternity session delivered as a gift card.
Once purchased, I can send over as a gift card format to their email when supplied with details on next steps like how to schedule and plan the shoot.
Terms
Payment 500
Payment Credit
In the unforeseen event that client is unable to utilize services as agreed, client can reschedule for different services with advance notice of at least 24 hours of the session (ie. maternity session versus family photos, portraits, or adventure session). Credit can be transferred to another party or used at a later date up to 3 years after purchase.
Intellectual property
The photographer grants the licensee the exclusive, transferable, assignable use of wedding photography (as described above) for the purpose of social media, web, press, print, and personal use. This usage is in perpetuity usage.
Provisions
The photographer retains all copyrights attached to this imagery as well as any that may not be detailed in this agreement.
Selling and/or redistribution of this imagery is forbidden.
Licensee is allowed to crop images as needed to suit their purposes.
Licensee can opt to order prints directly through photographer or print independently following session. A list of recommended print shops can be provided upon request.
Limitation of liability
The Licensee indemnifies and holds harmless Nicole Nason against all claims, liability damages, costs, and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the image.
Warranty and warranty disclaimers
This imagery is provided “as is” with no warranty regarding the suitability of the image for any purpose. The artist is not liable to the client or any person or entity for damages, costs or losses stemming from any usage of this imagery and video.
Modifications
For revisions of photo edit, it is recommended to state any and all changes requested within 48 hours of receiving the previews so that it can be taken into account for the whole gallery.
There is one revision round included in this standard photo process. Additional charges apply for any revisions beyond the allocated.
